Decompress

A session specifically tailored to the tension in your shoulders, neck, and head.  Special attention will be given to lengthening and increasing circulation to the muscles which will facilitate fluidity.  You may be surprised by what areas are causing the troubles!

Reiki

Reiki is a Japanese form of energy work that cleanses and balances the energy system in the body. As a result, the body's natural self-healing mechanisms strengthen, helping to establish optimum health. During a session, I work directly with your energy field to remove blockages, detoxify your system, and restore your vital life force energy. Reiki utilizes a gentle laying on of hands to conduct the necessary energy force between us. The benefits of Reiki range from the release of habitual mental/emotional stress to alleviating chronic pain. $60-60min  $90-90min

Intuitive Roots

This session is designed to your energetic emotional needs.  We will work with intuition and expand into deepening our roots into our support systems. Crystals, Oracle Cards, Pendulums, and Journals will be available to you. $150-60min $200-90 min.

House Calls

Getting a massage in the comfort of your own home can add to the relaxation factor.  I am willing and happy to travel to your home.
